Shipping & Returns Policy

UK Mainland Delivery

UK Mainland delivery costs £15.99 per order.

Our Premium Collection is handmade to order, with an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks. Please allow approximately 14-21 days for Classic Collection orders. Any changes to these estimates will be communicated to you.

International Delivery:

Please contact us before ordering for an international shipping quote. We will confirm delivery costs, estimated timescales and whether any duties or import charges are included.

Returns:

For online purchases, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days.

Please package items securely. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items may be inspected as they would be in a shop; deductions may apply for handling beyond this that reduces their value.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Premium Collection items that are handmade to order or clearly personalised items cannot be returned. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Roar Sporting Ltd as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
